We slow cook our own pork butt for 18 hours in our special blend of seasons and herbs, pull it apart and allow it to sit in it's own juices. We place a layer of provolone cheese, then pulled pork, drizzle BBQ sauce, then add sweet red peppers, onions, more cheese and a little more BBQ sauce (Mississippi Honey BBQ). Bake it in the oven and then top with our own housemade coleslaw.

All our Pita Sandwhiches are made on Authentic Pita bread from Kronos. We then place the selected meat and cheese on the pita bread, heat it and then top them with fresh onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Then you pick the dressing you want on top.
Ranch, Italian, Jalapeno ranch, Balsamic Vinegar, Mayo or Gary's Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce
Smoked turkey breast and swiss cheese. Yummy! 2 great tastes on Pita bread and all hot served to you. You can't go wrong with this. The toppings babove come at no extra charge.
Yummy, what's better than steak-n-cheese, especially when you add grilled peppers and onions to it and more cheese. Add lettuce, tomatoes and more onions. You pick the dressing and BAM! You got a great Pita sandwich.

when you place your order or we won’t put it in... We DO NOT charge you anything extra for it. Wedgies DO NOT come with Ricotta cheese.
** SAUCE NOTICE - If you want extra Red Sauce for your Calzone/Wedgie, such as multiple cups on the side, YOU must specify that or we will only
place 2 cups in a Calzone box and the sauce will be on the Wedgies itself. We are not mind readers and cannot anticipate your desire or wants.
*** COOKING NOTICE - Because Calzones & Wedgies are sealed or semi sealed there is a possibility that the rolled edges and bottom of both may be somewhat doughy due to the wet juices trapped within them. We cannot guarantee that this may not happen as we use fresh vegetables and sauce which are a wet substances that causes dough not to cook thoroughly. We will NO LONGER replace, issue credit or give out a FREE Calzones/Wedgies if this happens, you can simply cook it longer at home to solve this issue. Yee-Yaw - So we are a little crazy to make this but you must be crazy to eat it. Buffalo Sauce, our own seasoned grilled chicken, more buffalo sauce, our 3-cheese blend, yellow pepperes, onions, more cheese and then cooked to perfection. Then topped with butter and parmesan.
